04 · What we build

A front desk that never clocks out.

Chat and phone assistants that speak in your voice, know your business, take real actions like booking, and hand off to a person gracefully.

What it is

Speech and language models have reached the point where a phone call with an AI can feel natural: it handles interruptions, keeps context and responds without awkward pauses. The same brains power chat on your website and text messages.

Sounding good is the easy part. The work is deciding what the assistant may do (book, quote, take a message, route), connecting it to your calendar and systems so it can actually do those things, and designing the hand-off to a person so a customer is never stuck.

In practice

What businesses are handing to assistants

After-hours answering

Calls and messages that used to go to voicemail get answered, and the job or appointment is booked while you sleep.

Booking and rescheduling

The assistant checks real availability, applies your rules and sends confirmations and reminders.

Frequently asked questions

Hours, pricing rules, service areas and policies answered instantly and consistently, grounded in your own documents.

Lead capture and qualification

It asks the questions you would ask, records the answers in your CRM and routes hot leads to a person quickly.

Order and account status

Routine lookups handled without a wait, so staff spend time on the conversations that need them.

Follow-up

Quote reminders, review requests and check-ins that go out on time, every time.

What we build

What you get

  • A brand voice guide: how you sound, what you would never say
  • Conversation design: what the assistant can do, what it must hand off, and how
  • Integrations with your calendar, CRM, phone system and messaging
  • Grounding in your own documents through a knowledge system
  • Testing against real past calls and chats before anyone talks to it live
  • A review dashboard and regular tuning from what customers actually say
How it runs

A typical engagement

  1. Define the jobThe handful of things the assistant must do well.
  2. Design the conversationVoice, wording, edge cases and hand-offs written down.
  3. Test on real transcriptsReplay past calls and chats to find the gaps.
  4. Go live and listenReview conversations weekly and improve.

A good fit if

  • A lot of your inbound is repetitive or comes outside working hours
  • Missed calls and slow replies cost you customers
  • You have clear rules for bookings, quotes or routing

Probably not a fit if

  • Most of your calls are long, emotional or high-stakes and the human relationship is the product
  • Your policies are unwritten and vary by who answers
Questions

Common questions

Will callers know it is an AI?

We recommend telling them up front and we build it that way. Honest disclosure builds trust, and rules on AI disclosure and call recording vary by state, so we set it up to comply.

What if it cannot help someone?

It hands off: a warm transfer to a person, a message taken with context, or a callback booked. Escalation is designed first, not added at the end.

Can it sound like us?

Yes. We write a voice guide with you and test the assistant against it. It will use your terms, your tone and your rules.
